Kakaoceremonier i stockholm

I’m back in the forest again after a really intense but beautiful week in Stockholm with ceremonies every night and I was so happy to see so many new faces and to be able to share cacao, her story and mine on how I ended up in the countryside cause of the spirit of cacao telling me to listen to my heart. (She is a very powerful heart opener..)
I loved that I got some family life staying with wonderful Frida (that you already know from her blog here at TWWP) and her family in their gorgeous 70s home.
Now it is a week of recharging and this weekend I’m going on another tour to the west coast which I’m really excited about.

Prepping the altar for my ceremony at Conscious life which is really one of my favourite studios in Stockholm. Really amazing energy in there.
Shaking and brushing off stagnant energies is one of my favourite practices I love to share. I try to do it every morning and before going to bed.
And I got to join some cozy family dinners at the Billegrens.
I just LOVE their house. AND I love my new sleeping bag jacket that has been a game changer living for me that is trying to survive my first Swedish autumn and winter in many many years.
So funny that I asked Frida for advice before I got the jacket..and it ended up she already had one.

And this was my last ceremony in town, a very powerful full moon gathering at the beautiful store Swedish Nature Collaborations which I can highly recommend- supercute store!!
I took a day for some well needed selfcare with an infrared sauna session at LAMB and I got to see 2 of my favourite people Lousie and Romissa, we’ve been friends since I met Louise at Vattefestivalen 25 years ago and its never a boring second talking about our crazy memories we’ve shared together.
I’m super into drumming lately and I will take this winter in front of the fire to learn some new songs so send some my way if you have any.
Ah, Elda transformed Fridas idea that she doesn’t like dogs.
And I am getting pretty tired of all of my bags I have to carry around with me with all my intstruments- I think I need one of those HUGE bags that photographers and stylists use on their trips so I can have it all in one place..Right now I am really allover the place- Any recommendations?
