Retreats in Sweden

This is both mine and Eldas happy place, running wild and freeee.

Last year I got help to create a fire pit from rocks found around the land and I just love to sit here and sing and release.

Anyone else missing smoothie season?

I miss this corner so much, can sit here for hours and read, stare out of the window , cuddle with Elda, drink my cacao..All the things I love

Elda can be so wild but as soon as ceremony starts this is how you find her.

My neighbour Liz is my idol, she fixed up her old barn to be a beautiful orangerie, not even sure thats a word in English but it did turn out to be beautiful..As much as I am getting ripped off from local handyman I need to start doing more myself as well..

Dandelion season is coming up and I just love to drink tea made from the flowers- so much nutrients, like drinking the sun.

Cacao breaks and a good read is ONE of my favorite way to spend my free time and this book if you haven’t read it yet, please do.

Worker mode..Calling in some happy, helpful volunteers this season to avoid me from burning out which was close last year..Having a house is truly a way of life

So happy to connect with this magical woman who lives not too far away and owns and runs the most gorgeous yoga studio I have ever seen- Pure Yoga.

And I was so happy to discover like-hearted souls running sustainable businesses around my area

Last winter my kitchen fell apart so I did do some upgrades and so happy about my new bench, dishwasher and sink..

My first in person Ceremonial Breathwork training with so many magical woman. Really love to build community with so many magical people. Really so grateful

Mainly for beauty, cacao and dandelion is not an amazing combo

This though…love to share the heart medicine of Cacao and I incorporate this medicine into all of my retreats and trainings

I am also so passionate about sharing local herbs we can use for smudging instead of using over harvested herbs like sage and palo Santo

I just love to have epic chefs coming to cook, I get to try so many different types of food and it is super inspiring.

Over at EKA, about an hour from me where my dear friends are living in a really sweet and inspiring community that I just love to visit.

Ahhh where all my money went last year..I had to dig a 200 m deep well to find water as it ran out..seriously after living in Guatemala and here in the forest I do not take healthy waters for granted..

Freja on our yearly Self Love Sunday retreat in her archipelago oasis outside Stockholm.

This was Space of Love in Öland, a sweet little festival where we spent some days by the most magical beach in Sweden I think..except Österlen…I think I will be back this year too for some ceremonial breathwork workshops
